There's a free carport parking and RV or truck parking, and a huge deck.
3 min walk to H Mart supermarket, TD bank, bars, liquor stores, 7/11, taverns, bakeries, entertainment centers and many restaurants.
3 min drive(15 minters walk) to Coquitlam Center which have 200+ shops/stores/services,
31 min drive to Downtown Vancouver,
