If you’re planning a vacation around Vancouver, this spacious three bedroom home is in an ideal location, It’s a very cozy place and nicely decorated. You will be wowed from the moment you walk in this gorgeous home which is more like a private castle in the heart of Vancouver.
Just 3 minutes walking from bus station and about 20 minutes from Skytrain. And 20 mins walking to Queen Elizabeth Park. There are also many restaurant and stores within close proximity.

The Space:
It’s a shared housed, fully furnished, warm, and comfortable. This rental consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathrooms on second floor. And 1 shared living room on first floor. As you can see, the house with sleeping space for total of 4 guests. Fully equipped with a shared kitchen and dining table.
There’s open concept living area leading to good size sharing kitchen, large dining table, fridge, freezer, and dishwasher. You’ll have everything you need to relax after a long day of fun. All bedding, towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand soap are provided. Contactless check in available, and provide free high- speed internet.
The cleaning fee covers your departure clean. You will always check-in to a clean unit and don’t have to worry about cleaning up before you go. This is all included in the cleaning fee. If you have any questions before booking, please feel free to contact us.
We know how important it is to feel comfortable & relaxed when you arrive back from a long day of sightseeing. No PARTIES!!! All guest names must be submitted prior to booking. We may request a government issued photo ID from the person who booked, plus everyone on the guest list.
No SMOKING !!! No use of any tobacco products anywhere on the property.
No DRUGS !! includes cigars, marijuana, chew tobacco and e-cigarettes. No discarding cigarettes, chew, etc in the house trash cans, or in the grass, or on the sidewalk, or anywhere on the property is not allowed.
Guest Access:
There is a spiral staircase in the house that is not fit for children and the elderly.

- NO DRUGS and SMOKING in the suite.

- No parties or excessive noise. Keep quiet after 10pm to 8am
- Please be respectful and leave things as clean as you found them.
