This beautiful top floor two bedroom condo sleeps six people comfortably. Full size master bedroom with king bed and flat screen TV. Master bath has two showers and one tub. Second bedroom has queen bed with flat screen TV. Guest bathroom is a full bath/shower.
Open living space includes a full kitchen complete with all appliances, dishes, cookware, and basic supplies, large dining table, living room with gas fireplace/slate hearth, desk area, flat screen TV, DVD player, sound system, two comfy chairs, hope chest that serves both as a coffee table and linen storage, and a sofa with a pull out double bed.
Heated slate tiles in both bathrooms and kitchen. Private balcony north facing with chairs. Decor is warm and inviting. True comfort! Two hot tubs, dry sauna, fitness area, pool tables, and misc activities all located on the first floor. Inside heated garage owner parking for one vehicle is provided.
The condo is located in the North Face Building right in the heart of Squaw Valley home of the 1960 Winter Olympics. This unit is a true ski in/ski out location. The base of the mountain and several ski lifts are located steps away. The aerial tram is also located right outside for easy transport to High Camp, where additional lifts are located, as well as an ice rink in the winter and a huge resort pool in the summer, with hot tub, cafe', bars, etc. You will experience some of the most breathtaking views in both summer and winter.
The Village is full of several restaurants, bars, shops, yoga studio, and a spa all located right outside walking distance from the condo. Starbucks Coffee is attached to our lobby.
