Wow! This home is truly a stunner! "Villa Mangrove" has 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, and with over 3,200 square feet, it is a masterpiece from top to bottom! This home has direct gulf access and guests can access the boat lift. Located on a corner lot and on intersecting canals this home offers AMAZING views! The outdoor lanai area is GORGEOUS with a fireplace and of course a heated pool with spa.
This home will be sure to impress as you soon as you enter! The first floor has two master suites, each with king beds and their master ensuite bathrooms. The last bedroom downstairs has two queen beds. The upstairs includes two additional bedrooms. The first features a queen bed. The second upstairs guest room has a queen bed as well as twin bunk beds. Also upstairs is the loft area with a living room/sitting room and also has queen sleeper sofa.
This home offers a beautiful kitchen which a dining table just adjacent which has seating for 8 guests. There are also 4 barstools at the counter. The kitchen is very large proving lots of counter space to make delicious melas for you and your guests. With stainless steel appliances, a wine fridge, coffee maker and well stocked kitchen - you will have everything you need for cooking while on vacation.
The living room located on the first floor offers two leather couches for seating and a 60 inch tv. There is also an upstairs loft seating area.
The large outside lanai has a gorgeous fireplace, built in sink and fridge. There is plenty of seating to relax and soak up the Florida sun! This home also has 4 kayaks and 4 bicycles available for guest use!

Summary: Our stay at this rental property was perfect. The property was exactly as described and had everything my family and I needed for a relaxing stay. The property sits on a canal with beautiful views of the mangroves and the dock was great for fishing. The children loved having the pool to use after day at the beach. The game room was used every night by the grandkids and adult children. Our host was available anytime we needed something and reachable via text message. Highly recommend this property for large families and friend gatherings.
