Summary: We had a positive stay and found the Silver Pines Lodge to be a welcoming and charming place. It was fun to visit the main lodge space with an old piano, resources for travelers, and a fireplace. Some improvements we'd suggest in our room would be blackout curtains, bathroom counter space for toiletries, and better lighting for doing makeup. The bed was fairly comfortable but needed more substantial pillows. We loved the cozy fireplace heater and the charming decor! We also appreciated charging stations by both bedsides -- something we've found lacking in many hotel rooms. The wi-fi worked great, and it was a pretty quiet, peaceful and clean room. The location was close to everything! I think for the price, it was a good value and more unique than a standard hotel.
