Positive: Helena and her team are wonderful and professional. Great location with perfect access to many places of interest in Old City. The apartment was quite clean and had all of the essentials for a comfortable stay. The rooftop balconies are huge. Helena even arranged our ride to the train station at 5am. As someone who hosts guests myself I highly recommend staying here for an affordable and easeful stay.
Negative: One of the mattresses is a bit saggy but they have plans to replace it. Otherwise everything else was great.
Summary: Fantastic option with good amenities and friendly support.
