Positive: This place is interesting and unusual. It is located in a hidden alley near the center of the city, close to the beach, but still in a quiet place. There is a small, cute garden with lots of coaches and sofas around. There is always shade during any time of the day. There are cats and even parrots in this garden. The owner lady is friendly. When the AC broke in the middle of the stay, she fixed it more or less quick. The place is not so cheap in general, but very cheap for Side, a resort town where everything in expensive.
Negative: The bathroom is a tiled room with a hole in the floor and no separate shower cabin. There is no extractor fan there, so after shower there is always a puddle on the floor, which guarantees awful humidity in the bathroom and main room. There is mold in the bathroom and an unhealthy damp smell. which, again, goes into the main room. The AC is located directly above your head when you lie in bed, so frigid air gushes directly onto you. Be careful, it is super easy to get cold this way. You cannot eat or drink in the room (you can in the garden though). There is no table for laptop in the room, Everything is generally old and shabby (clean though). Owners don't understand English regrettably, and ggle translate doesn't always help to convey ideas to them.
Summary: A good place to stay if you intend mainly to sleep there and spend days elsewhere.
