Positive: location and ocean views are stunning. i was surprised the resort was 30 years old It's at a critical time where management needs to reassess some public spaces like the move theater which is no longer relevant. The Tico Rico restaurant was closed but the adult pool bar was fine. The ocean view room was spacious and we liked the bathroom. Breakfast was excellent
