Positive: The location, the beach, most of the staff. The food
Negative: I paid 200 AED/ night Extra to get balcony. However the room I got looks over the parking lot with partial sea view., While it was supposed to be full sea view. The room number was 614. Run away from that. I tried many times to change the room to get the value of the money I paid, but was unlucky. Although most of the staff were very professional, however the buddyguards were kind of rude asking me where am l going every time I am at the reception. One of the staff at night shouted at me on the phone as I was not hearing him well due to his bad accent. Yet it is not about the accent since most of us has accent, it is about respect.
Summary: Location is good, room not clean enough.. would not repeat it again
