Summary: Was so sad in this stay - was a QUICK trip for a friends bday. STAFF amazing but carpet felt damp and sticky, we came in late and room was warm - humid - turned air down only to wake up to 76 - when set at 68 - still humid. Complained and desk said, "we know whole hotel having issues last few days"???? JULY - for $200, I should have the choice to cancel if they knew no air
