We are Angela and Giuseppe we fell in love with Lecce, the "South Florence" that every day gives us so much emotion, maybe we will have the opportunity to tell you some singular anecdotes about this fantastic city.
We bought this small two-room apartment in the center of Lecce but we were sorry to leave it at the right time and therefore the decision to restructure it with great care and rent it to the travelers interested in staying in Lecce.
Suitable for families, but also for young people, the holiday home is truly located in a strategic location 2 steps from the center and the most important monuments of Salento, the sea and the most beautiful beaches in the world. It is convenient to reach the most locals, pubs and nightclubs in the area.
The holiday home has 2 Shabby Chic style rooms, very simple, comfortable but functional.
The kitchen is habitable with a very special table where you can prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner using the induction plate or the microwave / oven that we have comfortably made available to your whole family.
Even the bathroom has its peculiarities and amenities such as towels for each guest, a professional phone and a courtesy line, all at your disposal.
We advise you to book in time as we have received many requests for April, July, August and December, and for some years this part usually already in March we have already occupied 4 months.

THE HOUSE CAN 'RENT:
The house can be rented at Euro 75.00 per Couple per Day (+ Euro 20.00 with the addition of a third person over 6 years).
To be added Euro 20,00 for Cleaning Fee and Euro 30,00 for Check In and Check Out.
Cautionary deposit Euro 100,00 to be returned at the end of the stay, subject to possible deduction for damages and / or subtractions caused to the property, property and furnishings, and for extra services required during your stay (change of linen, midweekly cleaning, ...).
Minimum stay 3 Days in August.
The house can be rented at Euro 40,00 per couple on the day (+ Euro 20,00 with the addition of a third person over the age of 6).
