There's ample parking, King sleigh bed, Westin Heavenly® mattress, and professional treadmill and pool table. Full kitchen, full bath, and all the amenities you'll need! Chairs/ottomans and tables overlook our backyard through which wild turkeys and deer often stroll in the mornings and evenings.
The space
Enjoy strolling throughout our 4 acre property and the connected 25 acres of Land Trust preserved fields and woods.
Guest access
Ample parking at Old Salt Oasis. Houses are spread out (4 acre zoning). Many couples and families and their leashed pets can be found walking, jogging or biking in the mornings and evenings on our quiet rural street.
Other things to note
My wife and I have lived in Guilford all of our lives. Guilford has it all. Visit our historic town green lined with quaint shops or hike through many miles of trails that run throughout town. If you want to wander further away there is much to do throughout Connecticut and we are about 3 hrs from Boston, 2.5 hours from the Cape, 2 hrs from NYC, less than an hour from Hartford and Bradley Airport and less than half an hour from New Haven and Tweed Airport.
