Positive: When we arrived we checked in early however this was no problem for the staff at the hotel and our room was upgraded which was a nice surprise. The room was impeccable with the most amazing view and extremely clean. We had a balcony so we could sit and enjoy a drink whilst taking in the scenery. The hotel offers information on excursions and trips and a map of the area which is very helpful. The staff were lovely, very friendly and welcoming. The location is brilliant with just a short walk into the town, also offering cable carts to the most amazing view on the mountain where we enjoyed a drink and the scenery.
Negative: We would have liked to have done a boat ride however we were advised that either the boats or the boat house was under renovation so the boat trips were not running however this could have been due to the time we visited and not being within the right season.
