Riding distance to Mount Abram, 15 minutes to Sunday River.
Property has recently undergone a chance in ownership. Renovations are ongoing with the intention of modernizing while preserving the original charm. To date the front porch has been replaced and insulation has been added throughout.
Heating sources are a centralized wood burning stove and electric baseboard in all the rooms. As of the time of this posting the interior woods stove cannot be used as we are awaiting inspection. We will update once complete. Outdoor fires are allowed in designated areas. You can likely find kindling on the property but you will need to provide your own firewood.
