I am here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. I’m only a phone call/message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival.
You'll need a car to get around.
• If you bring extra guests, your stay will be cancelled immediately without refund. Local law enforcement will be contacted and you'll be removed from the premises.
• Please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.
• We try our best to keep propane stocked, but if it's empty, we kindly ask you to swap out the bottle(s) yourself. Unfortunately, some guests just leave them running and we can't do much about it. But there is plenty of close places to swap them out!
• We do our best to keep things like soap or shampoo stocked, but again, this is not a hotel and it can happened that we're out of stock.
• The EV charger is set to charge only during Off-Peak hours (weekdays 9 PM - 8 AM), Weekend all day
• The EV charger is complimentary for one charge per Stay. The EV charger is only allowed to be used Off-Peak Hours (between 9 PM - 8 AM). If you stay longer and need to use the EV Charger frequently, please let us know
• Smoking is allowed on the outside patio only
• No parties

House Rules
We don't mean to bother you with a ton of rules! However, we've put a lot of work into this house and tried to make it as comfortable and loving as possible. We are a private host and not a large company, so I'd like to ask you to treat my property respectfully, just as you would treat your own.
» Check-Out Time is 11:00 AM firm. Please understand that the cleaners need to take their time to clean the house. If you check out any time later than that, an extra fee of $25 per half hour will be charged.
» Please do not move any furniture or unplug any cables. This will result in an extra fee of $50.
» Please do not change any settings on any electronic devices, such as TVs or the iPad. This will result in an extra fee of $50 because somebody has to come out and reset it.
» The fire pits (propane and wood!) can only be used if the weather conditions allow for it. If it's windy, it's not allowed to use the fire pits.
» Quiet time is from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m.
» All Spa rules must be followed. Scan the posted QR code to acquire the lock code along with additional rules, then follow all of the posted sign's rules.
» No additional guests are allowed that were not included in the initial booking without prior written consent. Cameras will be checked. Bringing extra guests is subject to immediate cancellation. Local law enforcement will be contacted.
» There are no parties allowed.
» There are absolutely no drugs or narcotics of any kind allowed.
» You are expected to adhere to all local laws, regulations, and ordinances during your stay
» There is no risky behavior allowed, including (but not limited to) climbing on the roof, any furniture etc.
» Smoking is allowed only on the outside patio. Don’t forget that we are in the desert, so there is a high risk of fire. Furthermore, please take care of your butts and ashes accordingly and make sure to clean your ashtray afterwards.
» Pets are not allowed.
» Please be aware that the property is located on an unpaved road, so please prepare and drive with caution. We cannot be held responsible for any damage, loss, or injuries caused by the road conditions.
» Wild and potentially harmful plants, insects, and animals can exist in the desert. Cacti are also present in the front yard. Please be cautious and keep an eye on your kids and pets.
» The EV charger is complimentary for one charge per Stay. The EV charger is only allowed to be used Off-Peak Hours (between 9 PM - 8 AM). If you stay longer and need to use the EV Charger frequently, please let us know
» As per county requirement, there are no business activities such as filming or photoshoots allowed without a proper permit from the county and written consent from the host first.
» Please read and follow the "Good Neighbors Guide" that is provided by San Bernadino County.
» You are using the property and all amenities at your own risk. The property owner and management are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or losses that occur on the premises.
» By staying at Adobe Treehouse, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the property owner, management, and related parties from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from your stay.
There is a zero tolerance for rule violations. Any violation of these guidelines may result in an instant termination of your stay with no reimbursement, and a fine of an additional $150. Local law enforcement will be contacted.
