Positive: The property is beautiful but is in urgent need of maintenance.
Negative: The fan had a weird sound. The wood cottages are damaged. Running water was unavailable at night, even the staff was unavailable on call .
Summary: The location is premium , right on the beach . But the property is in dire need of repairs.
