Positive: Dogs welcome. Free parking on road. Very well equipped kitchen including washing machine and dryer . Living room was nice. Upstairs felt spacious. Bath and shower. Views. 2 TVs and Netflix. Easy distance to walk to the sea and an excellent park for the dogs.
Negative: The back garden was big let down and difficult to access via very steep steps.....also strange sharing arrangement. A55 very close and was quite noisy if the windows were open. Steep stairs in cottage had carpet tacks sticking through in places!! Cupboards and storage spaces were not very clean in lounge and corners in bedrooms hadn't been cleaned. Around bath could do with retiling as quite mouldy..
