This spacious house is ideal for big families and small or large groups. It has a generous sized kitchen with a large open living area for the lounge and dining. This house caters for a maximum of 13 guests.
Enjoy the ocean views from the comfort of the lounge room or out on the large decking. The decking is the perfect spot for a BBQ with a 10 seater outdoor table setting. On cold winter days enjoy snuggling up on the couch next to the large wood heater.
There are 5 bedrooms (3 with queen beds ) and ( 1 with 2 bunks in each)and (1 with a bunk and a single bed), 3 bathrooms all with toilets and a games room with a pool table. Also there is a big laundry with washing machine and dryers.
The property is fully enclosed offering safety for little ones running around. It has a huge back yard and a smaller grass area at the front of the house.
The beach is only a short stroll down the road (approx 250 metres). It is a great spot for surfing, swimming, boogie boarding, and exploring in the all rock pools.
Linen and bath towels are also included in the price, but NOT beach towels
Dogs allowed but only outside in the yard. If Dogs are found to be inside the house or droppings are not properly disposed of an extra cleaning charge will apply.
