You will feel right at home in this beautiful, newly built 6 bedroom home located on a quiet street, yet still close to all that West Seattle has to offer.
Fresh salt air refreshes you with the morning sunrise above West Seattle's acclaimed waterfront: Alki Beach. This fantastic location is Seattle's hidden gem, just a few steps away from a public staircase leading to miles of beach. Gorgeous and functional home design.

*There are stairs to navigate inside as the living areas are spread over four levels, affording great privacy for all sorts of groups.
KITCHEN / DINING
Located on the main living area (there are four levels total), this open concept space has a chef's kitchen with marble counter tops and stainless steel appliances. This flows directly to the dining area which includes 4 stools at the breakfast counter, and a large dining table.
LIVING
Continuing from the dining room is the living room, furnished with plenty of seating.
There is a queen size sleeper sofa (with highest end sofa bed mattress on the market) for larger groups. Enjoy our gas fireplace.
The living room opens to a large deck. This floor also features a powder room.
LAUNDRY
There's a full-size washer and dryer on the top floor and on the bottom floor.
BEDROOMS
Bedroom 1: On the top floor, on the far right, the master suite. You will have a *king size bed* with dual nightstands and a dresser with mirror. The master suite also has a large walk-in closet and a 5-piece spa bathroom with soaking tub, rain shower, his and her sinks, and a toilet separated by a door for privacy. The room is so large that we even put a crib in there for added comfort for families. You have direct access to the top floor deck with views overlooking Alki Beach and on most days you can watch the ferries go by.
Bedroom 2: The second bedroom is on top floor and in the middle. It is furnished with a twin over queen bunk bed (solid and sturdy --- not just for kids! and there is a closet.
Bedroom 3: Top floor and on the far left has a king sized bed, with two night stands, a closet and plenty of windows.
Bedroom 4: One level down from the main entrance. You will have a queen bed with a large closet and direct access to the full washroom. From the bedroom you have direct access to the lower level private deck.
Bedroom 5: Near bedroom 4, this room has a king bed and stunning views.
Bedroom 6: On the lowest level, also accessible from the outside. Set up with a king size bed and direct access to the private yard
BATHROOMS
Bathroom 1: Powder room on the main living area.
Bathroom 2: Bedrooms 1 & 2 share a nearby bathroom with a shower bath on the top level.
Bathroom 3: En suite bathroom located in the master suite (BR 3).
Bathroom 4: Accessible from the common space and directly from bedroom 4; this is a full bathroom with a shower bath, and is shared with Bedroom 5.
Bathroom 5: On the lowest level, a shower bath and a stackable washer and dryer
OUTDOOR SPACE
All four levels have an outdoor space. Top three have private decks and the lowest has a private yard.
ACCESS
You enter into the house with a code of your choice that will be programmed into the electronic locks...no cumbersome organizing for a key exchange or concerns about arriving and departing at odd hours.
AIR CONDITIONING
Air conditioning is a real rarity in Seattle. We are very happy to say that this home is equipped with central air conditioning, controlled by the wall panels.

West Seattle is also easily accessible to Downtown by Water Taxi (Pike Place Market, Seattle Art Museum, Seattle Great Wheel), Seattle Center (Space Needle, Chihuly Glass Museum).
