Positive: The house has everything you need for a home from home experience and more. The beds are comfortable, the hot tub a wonderful experience. There is a cover over the pergola which is useful if the weather wasn't good. The kitchen is fully equipped with all utensils for kitchen and barbecue. Full, detailed instructions are provided covering the appliances, recycling, restaurants, etc. Response from the owners is very prompt.

Negative: There is no door or working gate to stop pets or young children going upstairs or getting to the front door. I would recommend a baby gate in the door way to the lounge. The fenced garden is ok for most dogs but my chihuahua managed to get under the gate.
