It's the simple things: beach walks, sunsets, catch your own dinner, pick some fruit, connect with each other playing games or moon-gazing. Listen to the birds or the waves, not the traffic.
Settled in the orchard at the rear of our waterfront property, you will love our large, self-contained modern caravan with double bed, kitchen, bathroom with large shower (limited hot water as this is a caravan so short showers only) and cassette toilet, and lounge area with dining table and 2 sofas that can be used either as large single beds or converted to make one king-size bed that can comfortably sleep up to 4 children!
You will have use of a fully fenced private area with deck, table and seating; a perfect spot to sit and enjoy the peaceful orchard space, located behind the main house.
We also have kayaks and a spa pool available for hire, and you can fish off the beach or from one of our kayaks.
Breakfast is not included in pricing.
There are two dogs roaming on the main property - Milo and Daisy. They are both kid-friendly and would love to be your friend if you're interested. Daisy is a puppy so is a bit more boisterous and excitable at the moment. If you're not interested in being around the dogs, the caravan is fully-fenced to prevent them entering your private deck and seating area. Fencing is electric but is switched off most of the time. If you have children we always ensure it's switched off.
Although you can't see it from the caravan, the waterfront is simply a 1 minute-walk across the property. The beach is quite rocky, so you may like to bring beach shoes or thongs.
Located on the Seabird Coast, Waharau Regional Park is a 3 minute walk, with Miranda Springs and the Hauraki Rail Trail close by. Perfectly situated for anyone who loves relaxing, swimming, bird-watching, cycling, kayaking, hiking, meditation, beach-walks or simply escaping everyday life!
