Summary: Upon there were some mistakes with check in - they owned up to the debacle, the staff corrected and made sure our weekend experience at the sea crest resort was memorable. What I would say is that there is a trend on placing your stay with 3rd party guest on And getting the low quality of rooms available Not with this resort but others as well So what deal are you really getting ?
