Positive: The appartment was very spacious with two loft/mezzanine bedrooms. It was clean and had all the things we needed. The host was very helpful and made contact both before arrival and during our stay. She responded to issues promptly. We were able to park our car right outside and it cost appx €10 to park using an APP called EasyPark which was really easy to use and which we were also able to use in Marsala.
Negative: On arrival it was necessary to call the host to get the code to open the front door to the building of the appartment. This was not made clear in the information provided prior to arrival. There was another code to get the keys from the key box by the door to the appartment. Although there was a lift to the appartment, within the appartment there were open staircases to get to the bedrooms. The bathroom was not on the same floor as the bedrooms. I would not recommend this appartment for people with young children, mobility difficulties or who need to get up in the night to use the bathroom!! The appartment was on a fairly busy main road so it was necessary to keep the windows closed at night. No sea view as advertised.
