One Queen bedroom with two full baths. The condo is just steps from the beach. The living room has a full view of the ocean and pool deck. There’s a pull out queen sofa couch and 2 comfortable recliners. Unit provides a fully equipped Kitchen with a bar and dining table with seating for 6. The Condo has a spacious balcony where you can shore watch or observe companions by the pool or ocean. The condo also has its own washer and dryer. The Royal Gardens has much to offer for entertainment for all ages. Located on the ground level by the pool is a great bar with a very good menu of food for lunch and dinner. Pools are indoor or outdoor with large indoor Jacuzzi. The famous Sam's Corner is just blocks away. Additionally you are just 0.7 mile away from the historic and fun Garden City Pier. Summary: We had a lovely stay at this condo. It was clean and fit all our needs. The first floor was perfect for us. The accessibility to the pool and beach was perfect. The Salty Pickle was great as well with lots of good food, beverage choices and waitstaff. Our host Gary was very attentive and surpassed our expectations. We plan to return in the future.
