3 bedroom, 2 bath condo with partially finished basement sleeps 8.
Cross country ski/walking trails located directly behind the unit will bring you to swimming spots along the Saco and East Branch rivers in the summer. Pool and outdoor tennis courts are also on site. Air-conditioned rooms for those hot summer days and wood stove for those chilly nights, this condo is the perfect place for a week long vacation.
First floor has a fully functioning kitchen, living room and dining room with TV. Dining table seats 6 and there are 5 additional seats at the kitchen counter.
The master bedroom is also located on the first floor and has king sized bed, TV, and master bathroom. Note the Master does not have its own AC unit, but shared with with the main living area. 2 bedrooms and a second bathroom are located on the second floor. One of the second floor bedrooms has a queen sized bed. The other second floor bedroom has 2 twin bunkbeds that can sleep 4. Both have their own AC.
In the basement is the perfect place to put the kids! It has a couch and TV with many DVDs to choose from, board games, foosball table and darts to entertain. Washer and dryer also avaibale for use in the basement
