Positive: Josh at Best Western, (across from Superior Place, but still affiliated), was amazing. Booking.com reserved a room for us that had already been booked for a week so the room I reserved wasn't available. Josh made sure to find us a room that would accommodate us.
Negative: It was a bit frustrating that booking.com reserved a room for us that wasn't available and there were no available rooms like it.
