Not to be missed - luxury golf course home 12 minutes to track and downtown Saratoga Springs! The home boasts an enclosed hot tub with large deck and beautiful shaded backyard facing the 11th hole of McGregor Golf Course. Walk to the end of the block to the clubhouse for golf, tennis, pool, restaurant and tavern. The fabulous chef's kitchen includes double sink plus second prep sink, top of the line appliances including Wolf range, Uline Ice Maker and complimentary coffee/tea/hot chocolate bar. The huge L-shaped island accommodates up to 8. Open floor plan includes stunning dining area overlooking secluded backyard and deck, and comfortable living room space including gas fireplace. The separate office and den area have an additional TV and DVD player, large sectional with sofa bed, a a spacious workspace workspace with printer/scanner to cater to every traveler's need and family configuration.
The home has two staircases for easy access to the 2nd floor, including baby gates for small children or pets.
4 Bedrooms include 2 large master suites and a total of 3 1/2 baths. The main master bedroom includes an enormous glass block shower with multiple shower heads, jets and shower seat, double sinks and a luxurious heated Toto bidet. Second master has additional space for a futon or air mattress, to be provided upon request. 3rd Bath serves the 3rd and 4th bedrooms and includes a jetted Jacuzzi tub and separated shower and sink areas.
Wireless internet throughout home. Large driveway allows off-street parking for all vehicles. Large laundry room includes separate sink, counter, oversized washer/dryer and and area for hanging clothing. Plenty of closet space throughout.
