Positive: Close to the ferry and activities. Clean and comfortable bed
Negative: The only drawback was the water issues. There was a problem with the pump but that was fixed fast. They seem to have ongoing issues with the hot water and water pressure. We were assured they were working on it ,we realize that parts are hard to get for somethings.
