Positive: The home was spacious and fit our needs well for size and was a nice home. Check in and out was simple. The neighborhood was quiet. Only a few small issues. But the process was good.

Negative: The furniture was a bit minimalistic and looked very unsteady from the pictures and was one of the turn off for me but my husband rented it anyway. Also, they need to get someone out to exterminate there were ants on the kitchen counter. We couldnt leave things on the counter or it would be surrounded by ants.We had to purchase bowls and a can opener and a basic fk flat oven pan for baking biscuts becsuse none was in the home. Especially bowls thats basic needs especially with kids. The dishwasher was broken, there are only 2 TVs in the home that has 4 bedrooms another turn off for me. Parking is curbside and only allowed 2 parking spaces and potentially 1 in the backyard on the grass.
