Plenty of convenient small appliances: Cuisinart airfryer, Instantpot, rice cooker, crock pot, blender, food processor, coffee maker, water and ice dispenser in full size fridge with condiments. Lots of cookware. Large pantry for food storage. Views of beautiful backyard. Dining room: Teak dining room table with seating for 5 connected to kitchen and living room. Backyard: Covered patio in lush oasis garden. Accessed by sliding glass doors in kitchen area. Lush serene yard, comfortable teak furniture and a rattan hanging swing seat. Perfect setting for a morning cup of coffee or a glass of wine while enjoying a spectacular Arizona sunset! Watch the hummingbirds, wrens and doves in the peach tree and flowering bushes.
