THE SPACE
If you are looking for a relaxing family getaway - look no further! Offering a spacious double-storey home that sleeps 6 guests, this wonderful abode has heating/cooling, amazing water views, two living areas, dining seating for 8 guests, patio/balcony from both the main level and upstairs.
A lovely neat beach home awaits you - and the convenience. You'll be so close to everything! All you need for a relaxed holiday and set on a large block, San Remo Panorama ticks all the boxes.
San Remo Panorama is all based on two levels. The main level features most rooms including bedrooms, living area, deck off the living area, kitchen, 2x bathrooms and laundry. Whilst the upstairs area includes another living area and bathroom it also has amazing views from the balcony. There is plenty of space for all both inside and out
San Remo Panorama is in the perfect location. A residence where you can enjoy your time away and just unwind.
The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants so we only rent to mature guests that will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house is to be used for relaxation-style holidaying, loud parties are prohibited.

GUEST ACCESS
This home sleeps 6 guests across 3 bedrooms.
Bedroom 1: 1x King bed (2 guests)
Bedroom 2: 1x Queen bed (2 guests)
Bedroom 3: 2x Single beds (2 guests)
What to bring: fitted sheets, flat sheets, pillowcases, beach towels, bath towels, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats.
Guests have the choice of:
BYO Linen / Towels - Guests bring their own fitted sheets, flat sheets and pillowcases for each bed. Guests also bring their own beach, bath and tea towels along with hand towels and bathmats. Refer to the home’s description for the bedding configurations.
Linen Set Hire - Guests can hire full linen set for $30 per bed which includes a fitted sheet, flat sheet and pillowcases. Bunk beds are classed as two beds. All beds are the same price.
Towel Set Hire - Guests can hire a towel set for $10 per person which includes 1 bath towel and 2 tea towels (for only the first ordered towel set).
Bathroom Set Hire - Guests can hire a bathroom set for $10 per bathroom which includes a bathmat and hand towel.
Delivery Fee - If any items are hired, there will be a one-off delivery/set-up fee of $40.
If the stay is longer than 7 days, ask management for any additional pricing.
For linen or towel hires, advise Ready Set Stay with 48 hours' notice as last-minute requests may not be possible.
Lost or damaged hired linen/towels may incur costs.
Ready Set Stay will assume no linen or towel sets are requested for hire unless advised.
We ask all guests to please clean the BBQ after use, or a $50 fee will be charged.
NEIGHBOURHOOD
The neighbourhood is safe and family friendly. There is a guest guidebook at the home with recommendations on what to do in the area, this gives dining options and local attraction suggestions. If you would like a copy of this prior to your stay, please let us know and send us your email address. If you need any advice, we are happy to assist.
GETTING AROUND
There is parking available for your stay. We can provide parking information if required. Please ask us any questions.
ADDITIONAL RULES
Strictly no schoolies, parties or events. Mature guests only. The property is patrolled by security. If neighbours complain or the police are called this could affect your bond and we reserve the right to evict guests.
Bookings can only be confirmed once the verification process has been completed.

You are required to bring your own linen and towels unless prearranged. Home has security cameras located at the front, sides of house and backyard.
INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
Access details will be available for you to enter directly at the home and therefore unfortunately we do not get a chance to meet, but this provides a simple and convenient way for you to enter and depart the home easily. We can be contacted via the booking platform anytime during your stay and we will send you our office number if you need us urgently. We want to ensure your stay is enjoyable. Thank you.
