Positive: - good location - owner stays in the same property and looks after guests - airport service on the check-out day - clean apt - good info during check-in regarding surrounding, food, restaurant, , etc
Negative: - one night couldn't take shower as water was not hot enough. Owner mentioned his heating system is coupled with room air-conditioning so one system balances other. Seems the systems are complicated.
