Summary: Our room was fabulous! We had our own private pool with the utmost privacy. Our first day we awoke to breakfast floating in a beautiful heart shaped basket in the pool. Upon arrival we were added to a WhatsApp group with the staff which was like having a concierge at your fingertips. They arranged transportation as needed, food. Helped set up excursions. Sent out laundry out. They even chased us down at our ferry when we forgot something in our room. I highly recommend staying here if you’re ever in Gili Air.
