Overlooking the beautiful floral park - The Firs Garden, this family-run guest house is in the heart of Stratford-upon-Avon, just minutes walk from some of the towns most famous attractions. The Salamander Guest house is a 2 story Edwardian building which has recently undergone an extensive renovation (May 2023) to modernize all its facilities, offering guests comfortable accommodations all with en-suite shower rooms. This guest house is one of a very few central guest houses able to offer you free, private off street parking / garages subject to prior reservation. Please note this room only accommodations. Breakfast discount vouchers are offered to all our guests from a selection of our favorite breakfast/brunch eateries, offering excellent coffee and a wide choice of delicious menus catering to all tastes, all within a 7 minute walk.

Positive: Host Alex was so welcoming and kind throughout my stay. It was wonderful to get a personal tour of the best places to eat and drink, including some budget-friendly spots, as well as recommendations for things to see and do in the city. The room was tidy, comfortable and modern.
