The Space:
Saida Towers is the most resort-like condo complex on South Padre Island that
is not a hotel & a perfect escape for families.
When you walk into this condo, you will immediately notice the patio door and
ocean view. Imagine sunset margaritas or morning coffee right steps away on
your outdoor patio. The kitchen's eat-in breakfast counter is perfect for
morning tacos or fajitas night after a day at the beach.
There are 5 towers at Saida, with this ground-floor unit #104 located in Tower
II, the tower closest to the beach and ocean. The heated pool and hot tub are
just beyond the building.
This beachfront property features:

*3 heated Texas-sized jacuzzis
*Numerous tennis/pickleball courts
*Seasonal bar and grill on weekends
*Coin-operated washer and dryer in building
*24-hour security with gated, secure off-street parking

There are 2 bathrooms, 1 en suite to the master bedroom. The master bedroom
also offers ocean views.
As a ground-floor unit, the view is limited, but the amenities include all-
tile floors, stainless appliances, no stairs, and older granite counters.
While not completely remodeled, the condo is functional, clean, and
attractive.
Up to 8 guests are allowed though bedding is not perfecto for that - with a
king in the master bedroom, double/full size bunk beds in the second bedroom,
and a pull-out couch in the living room. A double-sized airbed is provided.
Please bring extra bedding if using the pull-out or airbed.
The ability of your kiddos to just walk right out to the grass area to play
catch or cornhole, or walk to the pool without elevator or stairs is very
convenient as well as proximity to the heated pool. Parking is available just
behind the building.
Saida Towers is the #1 place for walkability, with dozens of bars and
restaurants within walking distance. You'll feel secure with 24-hour security
and off-street parking.
We do offer off season discounts for stays over 4 nights Sept 2 to Dec 20th,
as well as active military & tackle football coach discounts. Just contact us
we would love to hook you up if you qualify.
We provide completely contactless entry via our E-locks, and operate locally
as South Padre Trips at 2600 Padre Blvd, South Padre Island, TX 78597. Door
code is provided by 3 pm to the cell phone on file via text message day of
check in. Linens & towels are provided.
We do provide basic toiletries, soaps, trash bags dishwasher pods, etc -
though not replenished nor unlimited so please plan accordingly. While we have
the highest level of internet available from Spectrum, wifi connection on the
island frequently goes out – please make sure you are aware of this as we
cannot guarantee the ‘net’ – this is an Island 
Our City of South Padre Short Term Rental License is available upon request

We require an e-sign rental agreement with an attached photo ID after booking.
This maintains our City of South Padre Island Rental License. You may e-sign
the rental agreement via DocuSign prior to arrival. Provide your email address
and attach a photo of your ID to verify your age.
Please note: In March and on Easter weekend, the property charges a non-
refundable fee of $25 + 17% tax on condo security wristband fees. This is an
HOA fee and not our fee. Buy them in cash from security, or we can collect
payment upfront for your convenience. Security will not accept credit cards if
you elect to buy from them. This wristband fee applies to anyone ages 10 to
