One bedroom with double bed; living room with DirecTV, kitchenette, bath with large shower, includes covered boathouse with electricity on the water; covered porch. Two boat launches available; right off Hwy 87 at Six Mile Bridge. Very clean; linens, towels, dishes, etc. - all furnished. Weekend and weekly rates. Absolutely No pets - no smoking.

Summary: This is our fishing destination. We have stayed with Carol Ann many times over the last 6 years. It is prefect for a fishing break. The property is very clean. It has everything we need including a golf cart to use. The water is high now but the fishing was very good. We can’t wait to return!!!!
