The Rustic “Boat House” at Lake Brownwood is the perfect place to come visit and vacation with family and friends. Enjoy the newly furnished rustic lake cabin while relaxing on beautiful Lake Brownwood. Bring your jet skis, boat, fishing gear or water toys and launch down the street at Wilduck Marina or 5 minutes away at the free public ramp. The marina is a short 5 minute 300 yard walk away. The marina offers a ramp, daily boat slip rental, boat and jet ski rental, fishing, live music, restaurant, bar, store, and beverages to go. Bring along your favorite side by side or golf cart to ride back and forth if you prefer! The cabin is perfectly located at the lake with only a 10 minute drive into Brownwood for major box stores and restaurants. Two car covered parking is out front for your vehicles to remain cool with plenty of additional room for boat trailer or toy parking too. The yard is large and spacious for entertaining or bbqing and is completely fenced for children and four legged buddies to enjoy(please select pets when booking). Summary: Nicely remodeled lake house, but needs a better tv situation at least in the living room. Would of liked to be able to watch college football in the evenings, just an antenna for local stations would be good.
