The space:
The Rose & Crown, a Tumbleweed Tiny Towable Elm has been updated and redecorated in December of 2022. It boasts 2 cozy lofts for sleeping, one loft has stairs leading up and the other loft with ladder access. Both lofts are equipped with a 5 layer memory foam queen mattress with individual pocket spring bases that allows the support of a spring mattress but with the comfort of memory foam, with all the needed pillows and linens for a comfortable night sleep. It has a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, propane stove and any necessities needed to cook a home cooked meal! The bathroom features a walk in shower, sink, rv style toilet and mirror with extending arm perfect for applying makeup or shaving. Unique to the R&C is a tankless water heater. What does this mean? It means you never run out of hot water, so no one gets stuck taking a cold shower!
All linens, towels, cookware, cutlery, dinnerware and drinkware are provided.
The “living room” space boast a brown pleather sofa, a Roku smart tv with Netflix, Hulu and any other streaming service available on the Roku platform. We’ve also equipped the home with WiFi, a DVD player with over 30 DVDs to chose from, a Super Nintendo classic bringing in some nostalgic fun, as well as plenty of books and games for some quiet time. Come visit us and make a “big” vacation out of staying tiny!
Located right next to the Swamp Rabbit Trail! Running along the scenic Reedy River on a historic rail bed, the Greenville Health System Swamp Rabbit Trail is a 20.6 mile multi-use greenway system. Opened in 2009, this trail has experienced continual growth and offers fun, non-motorized recreation and transportation opportunities.

-This tiny house is nestled in the heart of a tiny home community surrounded by other tiny homes. Please see photos of what the lot and surrounding houses look like in the last photos posted.
-Children should be supervised when using the stairs.
-Please use caution when using the ladder to the second loft. We are not held responsible for any accidental incidents. If you believe you may be not able to use it safely please do not use it at all.
