Its close to Downtown Dallas, Uptown, Lower Greenville, and Deep Ellum with multiple parks, bars, and restaurants in close vicinity as well as Love Field airport, which is a short drive. You'll have access to the completely furnished and totally private roof deck with BBQ, TV, and fire pit.
Please note: 10 is the max guest amount or capacity. If it sleeps 10 comfortably, I leave that to the guest to decide.

Summary: I would HIGHLY recommend this place anyway, but DEFINITELY on the 4th of July with so many different types of fireworks going on throughout the city. The manager was quick to communicate, and the property was a cool little place for sure!
