Positive: The beds were quite comfy. The AC works, and it was much needed for heating the room at night (October). Closeness to the rail station, metro and buses. Quite close to some nice cafees and bakeries, and within walking distance to Colosseum. The staff was helpful when I emailed them a few questions before the trip.
Negative: The area was not very nice. Felt unsafe at night. The rooftop looked cosy on the pictures, but in reality it was just two tables and quite untidy. The hot water in the shower took ages, and there was also some trouble with the plumbing during our stay. The city tax needed to be payed in cash, and it would be good to get that information earlier. The accomodation is quite basic, not cosy.
