Positive: Our original apartment was cancelled on the day of arrival, but the host quickly arranged another place on the same street. That was appreciated and made the situation much easier. Communication was fine, and in the end we had a place to stay without too much stress. The apartment had the basics we needed.

Negative: The cancellation on the day we arrived was not ideal. The replacement apartment was very basic and not something we really loved. It worked, but there were a few issues and it didn’t feel especially comfortable or well thought out.
