Summary: The apartment was perfect for our short stay in Launceston. It was right on the river for those perfect sunsets, there were great restaurants under the property, it was on the doorstep of a lovely walking track and a close walk into town. The apartment was extremely clean, had 2 very large and gorgeous bathrooms. We appreciated the choccy's on arrival. Just a hint for future users, once you have unloaded, if the carpark is full you can park for free near the silos across the river and walk over the bridge, it is about a 5 min walk and will avoid parking fees (take a left at the lights and then next left - will take you to the carpark, park down near the boatshed).
