Set back and take in views and tranquility of being on the water or grab your kayak and fishing gear and head straight down to the river. This cottage packs a lot of bang for its buck. Sleeps 7, Direct River Access,covered Hot Tub, Firepit, Screened porch,HotSpot wfi, 3rd bedroom offers a fun sleeping loft for the kids. Beautiful flowers and rose bushes surround the property. Less than 10 minutes to town but feels like your miles away from everything.

The Space:
Pack your bags and head this way! This home is stocked with all the essentials you need to have an enjoyable and relaxing stay. There's a primary queen on the main level, a queen/twin bunk on the second and 2 twins accessible by ladder in the adjoining loft. One of favorite places at CanKuhn is the screened back porch.. Plenty of books to read, puzzles to work or simply enjoy a much deserved afternoon SIESTA! I'm also quite fond of the covered front porch. The view of the New River never gets old and the bird watching in the gorge is AHHmazing!!

A couple things to note -

To access the river you must cross the road and use the steps.

Public water is not available. Water is supplied by private well.

Wifi is available for streaming.
