Positive: Amazing location. We were able to park and walk pretty much everywhere!
Negative: The condo could use some updating. The floor has some holes in the hardwood in the kitchen. The furnace in the bedroom is extremely noisy and makes it hard to get a good nights sleep. The flapper on the toilet needs to be replaced, it sticks and we had to jiggle the handle every-time we used it.
