With a stone walkway down to the river with a patio and steps into the river this property offers the best water frontage in Concan. The house offers an open concept kitchen and living area with two dining areas. Just outside is a covered porch with seating and a swing bed. A deck that looks out over the gorgeous Frio that is great for sunning or just relaxing after a long day on the river. There is horseshoes and plenty of space for cornhole or other outside games. This home comes with all you would need for cooking with a fully furnished kitchen and a large bbq pit outside and double fryer.
