Positive: Great location, close to amenities and to where my colleagues were working. They were very happy with the accommodation.
Negative: The only slight negative would be; my colleagues had to call the host an hour before their arrival, to arrange for someone to meet them with the keys. Perhaps a key safe would be an easier option, however there may be a reason this doesn't work for the host.
Summary: Great location, comfortable accommodation.
