Location! Location! Location! This cozy cottage with a small, well equipped kitchen is truly located on the best spot in Costa Rica. Yes, that's a bold statement, but it's true! You're in the jungle, on the beach, on a top 25 rated beach in the world!
There is well-manicured yard, sloths and other wildlife, and sea breezes constantly refresh the air.
There are 2 single beds. We can make 2 of the single beds into 1 king bed. There is also a futon sofa for 2 people to sleep, for a total of 4 people.
We have 50 mps high speed fiber optic internet available for those who need to connect while disconnecting!
Paradise!! This beach front studio is perfectly located on the silky sand of the Punta Uva Arrecife Beach. Literally beach front, nothing is between you and the warm, gorgeous Caribbean.
This studio is perfect for a romantic getaway or a fun family adventure. It is the final property on the end of the beach of Arrecife, which makes the final 100 yards of this top-rated beach, practically private in the mornings and evenings. Epic!

Summary: This was a perfect spot for my wife and I to explore the Puerto Viejo / Manzanillo area. The home had everything we needed - stocked kitchen, AC and fan, nice water pressure, comfortable bed and an patio. It is steps from the beach - can't beat the location. Property management accommodated a last minute date change due to my booking error. We loved meeting Senor Elivio (onsite caretaker). He helped us see a sloth on the property (we would never have seen ourselves) closer than you would see on any sloth tour. We fully recommend staying here.
