Welcome to our renovated Victorian farmhouse, where comfort meets luxury for an unforgettable vacation experience. This 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom retreat promises a blend of classic charm and modern amenities that will make your stay truly exceptional! Make yourself right at home in the spacious living room, relaxing by the fireplace reading a book, watching the tv, or perhaps just stretch out and enjoy the views from the comfort of the beautiful leather furniture. Perhaps you are looking for some fun playing a game out in the game room offering foosball, air hockey, billiards, ping pong as well as a 56” TV.
This rental is just minutes from lots of local activities and sites to see. Close to a picturesque national park, the Shenandoah River, and minutes away from Massanutten Four Seasons Resort. Enjoy seeing the Shenandoah Valley and being minutes from Massanutten, Civil War Battlefields, fishing, canoeing, vineyards/wine tours, shopping, skiing, spa, water parks, golf, and much, much more!
The main floor of the home features the main entrance, access to the patio and hot tub, kitchen, open dining room, great room, powder room, master bedroom, downstairs bathroom, and the laundry room. Enjoy cooking in the spacious kitchen, the perfect place for quick family meals or relaxing and chatting while preparing dinner. The large great room with cathedral ceilings features comfortable leather furniture gathered around the fireplace and a 56” HD TV. The master bedroom on the first floor is the perfect retreat. It features a king-sized bed, 52” flat panel LCD TV, and fireplace. The downstairs master does not have an ensuite. The downstairs bathroom is located on the other end of the first floor by the Kitchen. The formal dining room offers beautiful views with windows that span from floor to ceiling, letting in the natural light and offering a spectacular dining area for that special occasion or every meal enjoyment. Outdoors features a patio with a gas grill for outdoor grilling, a fire pit and a hot tub.
Satisfy your inner child in our detached game room. The Game Room is the epitome of fun, complete with 56” flat panel LCD TV, ping-pong, billiards, Foosball, air hockey.. The 2nd floor of the home contains four bedrooms (3 bedrooms with queen bed and one bedroom with full-size bunk beds and all bedrooms feature 52” flat-panel LCD TVs, (except for the bunk beds, there is a 38' flat-panel LCD TV.) There are two large full bathrooms on the 2nd floor, one with a 2-person jacuzzi tub.
NOTE: Nightly Rate is based on 4 guests. Extra Guests $25.00 Per Person per night. The sliding scale allows us to make our home affordable to many different sizes of groups rather than setting our rent at a higher base rate for the entire home. We do verify the number of guests during your stay so please provide accurate information. Please see the contract agreement for details regarding additional guests not accounted for on the reservation.
A Video Surveillance camera monitors the exterior parking/driveway of our home. A photo of what is monitored can be seen in the photos. Footage remains private and may be used for liability reasons and to monitor occupancy/pets and other policies noted in our lease agreement.
This is not a riverfront property therefore it does not have access to kayaks or canoes as we do our other homes.

Summary: This is such a lovely home! We had 10 people(mom, dad, 4 kids plus 2 spouses, 2 grandsons and 2 dogs!) and the bedrooms fit our needs perfectly. The dining room was large enough to seat all of us, the den is so comfortable and the kitchen had all we needed. The game room was enjoyed by all! The only thing we need but didn't get was some snow - maybe next time! We really enjoyed our stay!
