Other things to note
Please be advised that this home is located in the heart of the UF community. Students walk in front of our house often and there’s even a sorority across the street. Use this as an opportunity to be immersed in campus life and get a feel for the student experience!
While we rent this home for Gator football games, this is our personal home. Please make yourself comfortable but we ask that you treat our space and belongings with respect.
Also note that the Historic Preservation Board requested that the antique windows be restored rather than replaced. As a result, you may hear more noise from outside than you would in a recently-built home. This is not much of an issue though since the bedrooms are at the rear of the house away from the street.
