3 Bedroom House in La Presa, Spring Valley

3 bedroom house with panoramic views of San Diego, Pacific Ocean, Downtown San Diego and more! The master bedroom has a King Bed with private bathroom and the other 2 bedrooms have new Queen Beds.
One of the spare rooms has a private entrance. House has a pool with waterfall, outdoor fireplace, gas grill, front and back yards. Enjoy this San Diego treasure, sit in the sun by the pool and enjoy all the amenities of San Diego. Location is 15 minutes from Downtown San Diego, San Diego Zoo, Sea World, Pacific Beach, Balboa Park and more!
The house only has parking for 4 cars, and it is not the place for loud parties. Relax by the pool and have a glass of wine? Yes, please! The street is very compact and private so please find another place for a large family gathering or Summer party.
The check-in time is flexible depending on the time of the year however the check-out time is 12pm in order to schedule cleaners.

Summary: The property is beautifully maintained with a lot of usable outdoor space. We spent most of the day on the deck and were able to watch beautiful sunsets. The gas fire pit meant we were able to stay out even longer. There is another covered outdoor space with a full dining table and living room set. All amenities, including cookware, were of high quality. We are already talking about re-booking next winter.
